QUO VADIS RAISON D'ETRE Then and now...
Quo Vadis was founded in 1987 and for more than twenty years, has
planned fund raising tours for non profit organizations - National Public Radio (NPR) and
Operation Ultimate Goal (a non profit Iraqi little league soccer program) are two examples
of which we are especially proud.
The goals of such programs are to, yes, raise funds but more
importantly, to strengthen the bond between non profit
organizations and their donors. Strongly held philosophies are
necessary attributes of donors, and these commonly held values are
what make our travelers get along so well from the very start, often
forming relationships that extend beyond the conclusion of the trip.
These social bonds formed by a shared experience and a common ideal lead to
strong loyalty and volunteerism (yup, volunteering is
a lot more fun with friends).
We want to inspire and motivate our travelers to contribute and
share their knowledge, time and good will.
Each of our trips seeks to satisfy our guests' intellectual curiosity
and love of adventure. From meetings with local BBC correspondents, archeology professors,
religious leaders, and students we explore the cultural mosaic of each country we visit.
From traveling in hot air balloons, on disgruntled camels, or on foot across the Serengeti,
we bring home stories to remember. We don't just visit our destinations, we come home a
little different then before.
Do a favor to your donors and your organization's ideals,
invite them both on a Quo Vadis Adventure. | |||||||||||||
